Our Selection is a rigorous, multi-step application process.
It’s all about identifying people who will perform beyond client expectations. Our in-depth hiring procedures are extremely effective. Our philosophy is to provide our clients with the highest quality of service possible. In order to provide the proper security for our clients, we ensure security personnel are thoroughly screened prior to employment and individual assignment.

We conduct an initial interview with job applicants to determine if they meet our standards and qualifications for possible employment. Once a candidate has demonstrated the ability to meet our hiring criteria, we conduct an in-depth employment background investigation. Upon receiving satisfactory results from the background check, the candidate is invited back for a second interview with the concerned recruiting authority where a final employment decision is made. We understand expectations of our personnel and the importance of appropriate language, grooming and customer service skills. These are obviously in addition to the competencies expected for professional level Security Guards. Quite simply, we guarantee to bring the right people for the job.
